Very buggy app! When I am in my home country, there are no problems, but if I am roaming, using the mobile data, it simply does not work. After inputting the codes, setting new PIN, and everything seemingly perfect, on the next attempt to start it, it lready gives wrong PIN notification. The needed bank transfers this way are suspended. There were several e-mails to the call center and nothing has been solved so far.

Super buggy. When I installed and started it for a first time the only thing I saw was two input fields without any description(I had to figure out that those are the fields for the activation codes). Then the next screen was pure white without anything(not even input fields). I had to figure it out again that this is for the pin code. Also the UI seemed totally broken. What a first impression for a "security" app.

The app can not load. It shows message "Error. Try again later." It used to work just fine, but in the last few weeks the web version stopped working on Mac/Chrome and now the app as well. Please try to bring back the quality to acceptable level.
